INGENIOUS or GAGA?
A farmer from Turkey is currently testing virtual reality glasses on his cows. Yes, you read that right. The animals that spend the winter in the stables are led to believe that they are standing on a lush green meadow in the best weather.
Russian veterinarians developed the idea. Izzet Kocak, who also likes to sound his animals with classical music, gave it a chance. Apparently with success: if you believe the farmer, the milk volume of the high-tech cows has increased from 22 to 27 liters per day! Kocak now wants to buy ten more headsets.

The cows wearing the virtual reality glasses went viral on social media. Users spoke of the instead of the matrix Muhtrix. A fan of the film series with Keanu Reeves (part four entitled “Resurrections” has recently hit cinemas) wrote, based on a famous quote from the first part:
“You take the short grass, the story ends, you wake up in the pasture and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the long grass, you stay in wonderland and I’ll show you how deep the human hole goes. “
