Nordendorf – Four months after the drug deaths of two young people, the Augsburg public prosecutor brought charges against the alleged dealer (34).
The man is said to have sold amphetamines with a “very high active ingredient content” to the late Moritz († 16). He is also said to have dealt with marijuana and cocaine between spring 2019 and June 2020.
He has to answer for dealing with narcotics in no small amount in six cases and the dispensing of narcotics to a person under the age of 18 in four cases. The 34-year-old was arrested in June and has been in custody since then. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
Moritz and his buddy Fynn († 15) were found dead in Moritz ‘parents’ house in Nordendorf (2500 inhabitants) in mid-June.
The autopsy result showed that the two had consumed drugs.
According to BILD information, Fynn († 15) had sent an SMS to a friend a few hours before his death at 2 a.m. after Moritz had apparently already died. “Help … dead” is said to have been in the message, which the recipient read only when he woke up the next morning. Fynn died from the substance he had consumed. He was found in the bathtub.
The evening before, the teenagers had celebrated with friends at the Nordendorfer Weiher. Whether drugs have already been consumed is the subject of the investigation. A friend told BILD that he had previously smoked a joint with Moritz and was caught. Then he and Moritz got a visit from the police.
