You will no longer make excuses for being busy to delay housework if you memorize the following simple tasks.
1. Clean the TV screen
The TV screen is a place where dust is often collected and should not wait until the day of general cleaning to be noticed. Use a small, soft cloth to wipe away dust, of course, with the TV turned off.
2. Change towels in the bathroom or kitchen
Regularly changing hand towels and kitchen towels will help prevent cross-contamination of germs and bacteria.
3. Sprinkle baking soda in the trash
This is a simple method to effectively prevent odors, especially when the trash can is located inside the house or in enclosed areas.
4. Carpet cleaning
Don’t forget the carpet is a place where dirt accumulates and if the material is easy to tarnish, it will be more unsightly. Shake off dust or change the carpet periodically to keep the living space clean.
5. Wipe the surface of the device
If you haven’t had time to thoroughly clean your refrigerator, oven, washing machine or dishwasher, at least keep its surface free of dust.
6. Cleaning leaves
One hand holds the lower surface of the leaf, the other hand uses a damp cloth to gently wipe away the dust. This is an easy way to clean leaves when you are short on time.
7. Clean unnoticed items
Door handles, remote controls or switch faces are rarely remembered for cleaning. Take a moment for a quick wipe with a clean towel.
8. Wipe the mirror
If you don’t have glass cleaner available, you can try using vinegar mixed with water in equal proportions and put in a spray bottle instead. Using newspaper (with ink that doesn’t spread easily) instead of towels or wipes is also a good tip, as it leaves less dust behind.
9. Replace the vacuum cleaner bag or empty the container
Many people have the habit of waiting until the machine is full of dust to do this. However, the machine will operate less efficiently and easily degrade if it is always filled with too much dust inside.
10. Unclog drains
Even if the drain isn’t blocked yet, you can learn how to prevent it. Mix baking soda and vinegar with a ratio of 1:1, pour into the toilet with warm water, cover the lid so that the mixture does its job of deodorizing, accelerating the decomposition of waste. 2-3 hours later, you can drain the water.
