AmericaThe 1,000-square-meter building in Miami is built for superstars, in a modern style with a tropical garden highlight.
In the garden, the natural swimming pool is 30 meters long and 9 meters wide surrounded by greenery. Above the pool, the 60 meter long, winding bridge is made of concrete and 1,700 pieces of wood.
The bridge is also the main entrance to the house, leading residents and visitors from outside, through the garden to the living space hidden behind a white hole wall.
The house has a simple structure, consisting of two rectangular blocks overlapping each other, the large one below and the small one above.
The ground floor is 60 meters long for five bedrooms, an intimate living room and a garage. Thanks to the tropical garden, every bedroom opens to nature.
The second floor is 21 meters long, includes living spaces including kitchen and living room combined with entertainment room. The architect, also a director, does not use pillars to make people feel like they are in the cinema.
In addition to the two housing blocks, the building also has an auxiliary house block at the end of the garden used as a place to display art and sports.
However, despite its impressive design, the project fussy buyers. It used to be sold for nearly $ 30 million in 2017, down to more than $ 25 million in 2018, but so far has not found an owner.
