In South Carolina on the Edisto River, a hunter made very special prey. Ned McNeely killed a giant alligator and took it to a butcher. The 200 kilo giant was processed there. And you opened your stomach too. And it turned out: this specimen probably had a weakness for dogs! And for a lot more …
“We don’t usually open our stomachs, but we did today. Inside were five dog identification tags, a cartridge case, a spark plug, lots of turtle shells and several bobcat claws, ”the butcher wrote on Facebook.
Two of the dog tags were still legible, and on one of the numbers the butcher team actually reached a hunter. And as reported by CBS, he was able to confirm that he lost a hunting dog in this area 24 years ago!
