Between May and November 2021, Inge S. is said to have regularly administered diazepam and morphine to her father in need of care in his apartment in Kiefersfelden. However, the accused did not do it herself, but had it administered by the unsuspecting nurses – so the accusation. Max S. died in a Rosenheim clinic in mid-November 2021.
According to BILD information, the woman was extradited on Thursday and brought before the magistrate on Friday in front of the Traunstein district court. The 63-year-old is now in custody in custody. Because of the suspicion of murder.
Before the judge, the woman, who is being defended by lawyers Harald Baumgärtl from Traunstein and Benedikt Stehle from Munich, said nothing about the allegations.
