AmericaHorror movie fans and Halloween lovers, Winward, 48, and Zientak, 51, of Philadelphia have always wanted a spooky-style wedding.
They got engaged in December 2020, but because of the pandemic, they plan to get married on October 31, 2022. However, when Winward saw a social media ad about a “haunted hospital” wedding in late September, she showed it to her husband.
They were even more excited when they learned that the wedding was presided over by Tony Moran, the actor who played Michael Myers in the 1978 horror series “Halloween”.
“Why not get married this Halloween but have to wait for Halloween next year?”, the husband said and registered with his wife.
Grant and Kayla Butcher, of Chapmanville, West Virginia, also love horror movies and consider getting married in a “spooky hospital” as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
“Some people think this is crazy, but I think it’s my wedding day so I have to have fun and have to enjoy it,” Grant said.
The two couples mentioned above belong to 12 couples who were married by Moran at The Old Hospital in College Hill, Williamson at the end of September. This is the place to organize historical tours, mystical tours…
During the wedding ceremony, the space was decorated with horror movies. The bride and groom wear Halloween costumes and take souvenir photos with a spooky look.
