Green Vault Jewel Heist – Police Chase THAT High Forehead

Dresden – What role did this staid guy play in the robbery of millions in the Green Vault?

On November 25, 2019, robbers stole jewels worth 113 million euros from the Dresden museum. Six members (22 to 28) of the Berlin Remmo clan are on trial for this and face up to ten years in prison.

Now the police have a new lead: they are looking for a man with glasses and a prominent bald head. “The investigators are looking for a previously unidentified person who apparently spied on the crime scene the day before the crime,” said a spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office.

Museum visitors behaved conspicuously

The man is said to have stayed an unusually long time in the jewel room, which was later looted. “His behavior was strikingly different from that of the average museum visitor,” the spokesman said. The police and prosecutors published photos of the stranger who was in the Green Vault on November 24 between 10:03 a.m. and 12:21 p.m.
