FCS sports director Jürgen Luginger (53) works off his shopping list and has signed the first U23 player.
First new addition for Saarbrücken!
Aachen’s Nick Galle (22) signed until the summer of 2022. The 1.86-meter-tall full-back played 31 times for Alemannia (Regionalliga West) this season, scored one goal and provided seven assists. For four weeks now, the season has come to an end for the Cologne native after a broken collarbone.
Galle was trained at 1. FC Köln, moved to Düsseldorf in 2017 and to Halle in 2019.
Sports director Luginger: “With Nick, we have a young full-back who is still capable of development and who interprets his position in a very straightforward manner. He has a good left foot and keeps going back to the offensive game. ”Galle is also considered a good header player.
Galle is also happy: “At 1. FC Saarbrücken I want to show that I can keep up in the third division and help the team. Already today I can hardly wait to play in front of the FCS fans in the finished Ludwigspark when spectators are allowed again. “
