Squid egg is a type of seafood that is loved by many people thanks to its crispy fatty meat and the delicious taste of eggs. With egg squid, you can change it by steaming onions, ginger or frying fish sauce.

Fried squid with fish sauce served with white rice and lettuce, tomatoes… will be very delicious.

To change the taste for my family, I made fried squid with fish sauce. The dish is simple and easy to make, just pay attention to a few details, you will have a delicious plate of fried egg squid with fish sauce.


– 500 grams of egg squid.

– Onion, tomato, lettuce, chili, green onion, ginger

– Seasoning with seasoning, fish sauce, minced garlic, chili, pepper.



– Clean egg squid, remove all ink bags inside. Then wash the squid with dilute salt water, drain.

– Onions cut areca, scallions cut into pieces, thinly sliced ​​chili.

– Marinate squid with minced onion, garlic, seasoning, pepper, chili… for about 20 minutes to absorb the seasoning.

– Make fish sauce to fry squid: Put 2 tablespoons of delicious fish sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 2 tablespoons of boiling water, a little sliced ​​ginger, then mix well for all seasonings. fusion.


– Put squid in a pan filled with oil, deep-fry squid.

– Then, remove the oil in the pan, leaving only a little bit. Next, add the bowl of fish sauce that has been mixed above, mix well with the squid and fry until the squid is golden brown, then add chopped onion, sliced ​​green onion, and thinly sliced ​​chili. Stir for about 2 minutes and the dish is done.

– Lettuce, washed and sliced ​​tomatoes, put on a plate, then put the squid on. This dish is very delicious served with white rice.
